Understanding Jobsite Locations

INGENIOUS.BUILD allows you to add and manage specific Jobsite Locations for easy referencing in RFIs, improving project coordination and transparency.

Leverage INGENIOUS.BUILD's Jobsite Locations streamline location management, ensure clear communication, and enhance accountability across your project's workflows.

Process

Adding Jobsite Locations

  1. Within your Project, using the left navigation menu, click Project Settings

  2. Within Project Settings, click Project Sites

  3. You can manually add a Project Site, then break it down per location from there by clicking on the Add Job Site Location button, filling out the location name, and clicking the check mark.

 

Note: You can delete locations by clicking on the trash can icon on the right-hand side next to the location you'd like to delete. A prompt will pop up asking you to confirm your request. You cannot delete sites that are linked to other platform resources (budget, bid packages, contracts, etc).

Referencing Jobsite Locations on Tasks, and Punch Items

On each of these modules, there will be a field for selecting Jobsite Locations. Click on it, and a modal will pop up allowing you to select your preferred location.
