Uploading a Revision to a Drawing Set

Overview

INGENIOUS.BUILD simplifies and accelerates the process of revising and managing drawing sets. With just a few easy steps, you can upload, configure, and review your drawings with enhanced efficiency.

Process

Step 1: Uploading a Revision

  1. Navigate to the Drawings module.

  2. Click + Add New Drawing to open the slide-out panel.

  3. Choose Revision to Existing Current Set

  4. Select the Set Name of the set you wish to revise from the dropdown, and upload the Drawing set.

  5. Add a Revision Title, then select a Revision Source. Click Upload.

Step 2: Configuring Revised Drawings

  1. Once uploaded, click Configure.

  2. Select the appropriate Sheet Number and Sheet Title. Mark a box over the designated area.

  3. Click Save and Process Set to complete the configuration.

Step 3: Reviewing Results

  1. Click Review Results.
  2. Review the auto-extracted details and adjust if needed.
  3. Click Approve Results to complete configuration.
